Depending on the specific product, the fermentino has different aromatic herbs and natural spices added, for example herbs and flowers in this case. Also, there are spreadable and semi-aged types in the range. Where as the spreadable type is ready after the fermentation process, this semi-aged fermentino dries and matures for about 5 more days before it is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As this is a fermentino, its aim is not to imitate any particular cheese, but rather to provide a tasty, healthy and organic alternative to dairy cheese, with a low amount of processing. The taste of this Ferm\u00e8 has clear flower and herbs notes, that go well together with the nutty and fresh, slightly acidy taste of the fermented cashews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On its own, with its pleasant taste and texture, we would happily add it to our vegan cheese platter, for example alongside a glass of wine and some crackers.
